Focus Ireland – Childcare Centre

Support for homeless families living in emergency accommodation. Day care support and meals for 15 children per day aged 7 months-school age (or older in emergency). Range of activities in child centred, fun-filled environment, with focus on self-awareness, confidence building, creative, play and communication skills. Advice and support for families on parenting and other local childcare services.

Focus Ireland – Coffee Shop

Drop-in centre with low cost food forpeople aged 18+ who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or in insecure/emergency accommodation.Lunch served 12 noon-3pm Monday-Friday, 11.30am-3pm weekends.Recreational and educational activities 2 days a week. The service is a drug and alcohol free area. Centre also provides support, advocacy, keyworking and referral services.

Focus Ireland – Extension Day Service

Drop-in service for homeless people aged 16-25. Provides food, showers, laundry, recreational and storage facilities. Keywork appts Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 2.30pm-5pm to address issues that led to homelessness, explain options and help form links to appropriate services. Group activities. Lunch served 12 noon- 12.45pm. The service works in conjunction with Focus Ireland – Extension Outreach Service
