Threshold – Access Housing Unit

The Unit increases availability of private rented accommodation by sourcing suitable landlords, accompanying potential tenants on viewings and helping to arrange deposits and rent supplement. The Unit helps ensure sustainable tenancies by providing a post-settlement support service provided by the referrer or a third party, and by helping to mediate disputes between landlord and tenant.
