Settlement Services
Provides pre and post settlement support to homeless rough sleepers, families in private accommodation and people in emergency hostels, who are motivated to move out of homelessness. Services include assessment of housing need, keyworking, referral to housing providers, advocacy, information and help with linking into other appropriate services.

Tenancy support service for people in Dublin City Council or private rented accommodation who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. Keyworker system with needs assessment, support plan and weekly or fortnightly home visits. Support around tenancy rights, budgeting, arrears management, form filling, health, access to employment and training. Volunteer befriending service.

Resettlement service for single people, couples and families who are homeless. Support for clients to move into independent accommodation, offering a structured pre- and post-resettlement plan.

Support for families who have experienced homelessness and are moving into long-term accommodation.Community based programme of support, advice and training for up to 12 months. Service aims to motivate families to deal with issues of concern and to help them develop life skills so that they can live independently in the community.
