Maintenance

Assessment of maintenance needs and capital project requirements in all three Coolmine services. Each of the buildings are old and risks present in the areas of water supply, windows, roofing, lighting and pathways.
EVIDENCE
Our specialist approach to lifelong addiction recovery works. CCQI accreditation has been awarded to Coolmine by the Royal College of Psychiatry. A partnership with us brings with is an association with proactive, award-winning and internationally accredited organisation.
GOVERNANCE
Where governance is concerned, Coolmine became fully compliant with The Governance Code as a Type C organisation in May 2015 in the areas of Finance, Audit & Risk, the Clinical Advisory Group and the Client Forum. Coolmine is committed to implementing fundraising governance and has signed up to the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising.
