| Job title: | Family Based Service Team Lead – Parents Under Pressure |

| Job Type: | Full-Time – 3 Year Fixed Term Contract |
| Hours: | 35 hours per week. Some out of hours work may be required. |
| Salary: | Competitive Salary |
| Purpose: | To lead out on and deliver a family-based service within the CH04 area- utilising the Parents Under Pressure (PUP) integrated framework to inform the work carried out with families experiencing adversity due to past or current substance use. This Family based service will consist of Team Lead whom will provide PUP and other evidence-based supports and who will oversee the provision of the service delivered by the hub including the roles of the Art Therapist and Play Therapist. |
